Individual Sourcing - £20 each
You may have a certain theme or idea in mind but unsure how or where to find it.
We meet to discuss initial ideas and then source suitable suppliers for you and your budget.
We have a wide range of suppliers on database. We do not take any commission from them so we are not biased and will ensure to find the most suitable for you both.
We will find a variety of suppliers and present the information to you. It is then up to you to arrange meetings and bookings direct.

The reception package (priced accordingly)
This package is a great way to ensure your wedding reception is fully coordinated. Viola works with an inside florist and cake designer to ensure that your entire reception decor is bespoke and matches with your theme and style. We meet with you about 6 months before the wedding date to finalise your colours, themes, styles and budgets, we then create your cake, flowers, table decoration, wedding favours and chair covers to match! We will arrive on the morning of the wedding to set up and remove once the wedding has finished.
Costs for this service depend on each wedding criteria.

On the day coordination - From £175

This service is for couples who have organised their own wedding but would like to relax on the day with friends and family with reassurance that everything will run smoothly.
About 5 weeks prior to your day we will meet and go through your arrangements. A list of your suppliers will be required along with the order of the day.
On the day of your wedding we will arrive early to oversee the set up, liaise with suppliers and once the wedding begins we will be available discretely to deal with queries from you or your guests.
We are also available to dress the tables and do finishing touches but this will be at extra cost.

Completion planning - £250

Finalising plans can be the most stressful part of a wedding. Your friends and family are arriving and you just don’t have the time to do the finishing touches. Let Viola help you! We meet about 8 weeks prior to the day to discuss the arrangements you have made and tie all the lose ends up before your big day. We will be available within these 8 weeks to meet or talk about last minutes alterations.
This package does not include on the day coordination but can be added at extra cost.

The Diamond Package - from £1000
From the moment you set the date to the last guest leaves, Viola will be on hand to help with the planning and coordination of your wedding. We will organise everything from the guest list to the honeymoon with the guidance from you both.
We will meet to discuss the relevant information and put together a proposal and sign the contract.
We will be available for regular meetings and keep you updated with what is happening throughout the planning.
